Trauma-Informed Sexual Healing Facilitator Training

Trauma-Informed Sexual Healing Facilitator Training

This training doesn’t end with a certificate. It begins with a question:
How do I now choose to live?
How do I relate to life, love, touch, and truth?

If you carry this work with sincerity, it will continue to shape you, long after the training ends.

Our Trauma-Informed Sexual Healing Facilitator Training is a comprehensive and embodied program for those who are called to support deep transformation—within themselves and in others. It equips facilitators with the sensitivity, insight, and tools needed to guide individuals through sexual healing with care, integrity, and presence.

This is not just a training in professional skills. It’s a journey into how we hold life energy—how we relate, touch, listen, and restore what may have been lost through pain, confusion, or trauma. It is particularly relevant for therapists, bodyworkers, psychotherapists, coaches, educators, and all those who come into contact with themes of sexuality in their work.

The training unfolds over three immersive modules, each lasting seven days, blending theory and direct experience. The guiding principles are safety, respect, non-sexual touch, and a deep honoring of boundaries.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Create safe, coherent healing spaces
  • Tune into energy and resonance in the field
  • Recognize and repair relational boundaries
  • Rebuild trust through presence and attuned touch
  • Guide clients through embodied breath and emotional release
  • Support the integration of intimacy, sexuality, and spiritual growth

Why Sexual Healing Matters

Sexual energy is life energy. It arises from our deepest source—our creative center, our vitality, our ability to love and be loved.

When this energy is wounded—through shame, abuse, neglect, confusion, or disconnection—it affects every part of our lives. It limits how we relate, how we feel, how we express, and even how we understand who we are.

Sexual trauma is not always loud. Often, it is silent. Hidden. Stored in the body. It creates barriers around intimacy, numbness, mistrust, or compulsive patterns. And it often goes unspoken—even in therapeutic work.

That’s why this training matters. Because healing sexual energy is not about techniques. It’s about building trust. Being able to sit with what others cannot yet face. It’s about knowing how to approach someone’s most tender, private pain with the same sensitivity and respect you would offer a wounded animal—like a horse that has been deeply traumatized and bolts at the slightest approach. You don’t force. You wait. You attune. You build presence. You listen with your whole being.

This training teaches exactly that.

Module 1: Foundations of Trauma Healing, Breath, and Inner Dynamics

This first module lays the groundwork for the entire training. It brings together the science of trauma, the intelligence of the body, and the art of deep listening. We explore how trauma impacts the nervous system and identity, and how to re-establish safety, presence, and connection.

Trauma is not held in the event—it’s held in the body. It disrupts natural rhythms: breathing, feeling, relating. Healing begins by restoring those rhythms.

You will learn not to focus on the story alone or what caused the trauma or wound, but to track sensations, impulses, and micro-movements. The goal is to transform past or current negative experiences, reduce stress, and reconnect the person to their innate capacity for resilience, choice, and vitality.

You will explore:

How trauma affects the body and nervous system
Reframing trauma to shift from “I must” or “I cannot” into a felt sense of “I can”
Grounding and self-regulation techniques that support trust and safety
Building presence without pressure—how to create space for healing at its own pace
How to orient yourself to where the client truly is, instead of pushing for change
Working with Inner Dynamics

Often, unresolved trauma or conditioning creates inner conflict—a split between opposing parts. One aspect moves forward while another holds fear, doubt, or pain. In this training, you’ll begin to explore the inner masculine and feminine energies that live within everyone, regardless of gender.

We create a space for inner dialogue between these polarities. Often, there is an identification with one (e.g., the doer, protector, planner) while the other (e.g., the feeler, receiver, intuiter) remains hidden or undervalued.

This process is especially helpful when:

You feel unclear about your current life situation
You’re caught in inner confusion about a relationship or direction
You feel torn between inner forces that seem to pull in opposite ways
Through meditation, movement, inquiry, and embodied awareness, you will:

Recognize which inner energies are dominant, repressed, or wounded
Begin to facilitate a conscious relationship between your inner man and inner woman
See how this inner relationship directly influences your outer relationships
Build the capacity to guide others through this delicate and transformative process
We do not rush to harmonize these parts. Instead, we begin a genuine conversation that allows flow and insight to emerge naturally over time.

The Role of Breath

Breath is the carrier of life itself.
It begins before thought, before language. It is our first movement toward life and our final letting go. Between those two moments, it continuously mirrors our emotional state—tight when afraid, shallow when stressed, open when calm.

Breath is also a gateway. It carries us back into the body when we’ve been disconnected. It invites us to feel—gently, steadily—what was too much to feel before.

You’ll explore:

How conscious breath connects you to your inner state
How to breathe with blocked or numb areas of the body
How to stay with sensation without needing to change or fix anything
How to support others in breathing through fear, shame, or grief
How breath becomes a shared language, leading to safety and reconnection
This is not a technique. It’s a presence practice. A return to the intelligence of the body. A way to say: I am here. I am alive. I can feel again.

Module 2: Embodiment, Sensory Awareness, and Sacred Intimacy

This module brings the focus deeper into the felt sense of the body. Through touch, movement, sensing, and presence, participants begin to discover how to perceive more clearly through their bodies and support others in doing the same.

Trauma often disconnects us from our physical and emotional sensations. To heal, we must return home to the body—not as an object, but as a living field of perception and intelligence.

You’ll explore:

How to sense and track your own bodily states without judgment
How to work with others through subtle body awareness
How sensation, temperature, tone, and movement all hold meaning
How to stay in contact without merging or withdrawing
The senses become the doorway. We begin to feel what is true in the now—not the idea of what should be, but the reality of what is. We learn to support clients in being with sensation, not bypassing it or interpreting it too quickly.

Dimensions of Intimacy

In this module, we also enter the rich field of intimacy. Many believe it refers only to physical or sexual closeness, but true intimacy includes four interwoven dimensions:

Physical Intimacy – Touch, proximity, and bodily presence.
Emotional Intimacy – The ability to feel and be felt in emotional truth.
Mental Intimacy – Sharing thoughts, insights, beliefs, and vulnerabilities.
Spiritual Intimacy – A silent, deep connection beyond form, rooted in presence.
Healing often requires access to all four. In trauma, at least one is usually fractured. You’ll learn to sense which layer is open, and which is closed—and how to gently support healing in each.

You will also explore:

Presence in stillness and movement
How to recognize patterns of fusion or avoidance
How to invite connection without pressure
How to respect and restore boundaries through embodied awareness
Communication Beyond Words

In trauma healing and intimacy work, communication happens on many levels. This module teaches how to:

Read and respond to non-verbal cues
Use your body and tone as instruments of coherence
Reflect, attune, and adjust in the moment
Listen with your whole body
Outcome:
You will develop a refined sensitivity to your own body and a practical capacity to track and support others in theirs. You’ll gain a clear map of the four dimensions of intimacy and how they interrelate. You’ll be able to help others reconnect with their embodied truth—without pushing, merging, or withdrawing. You’ll start to feel the quiet strength of presence that heals.

Module 3: Sacred Touch, Sexual Energy, and Conscious Loving

In this final module, we bring together everything that has been explored so far: breath, boundaries, presence, energy, and embodiment. We enter the most intimate and often the most misunderstood terrain—sexual energy and sacred touch.

Sexual energy is life energy.
It’s not just about pleasure or reproduction. It’s the force that animates, creates, expresses. When blocked, shamed, or violated, this energy can retreat, distort, or erupt. Healing comes not through control—but through permission, safety, and truth.

You’ll learn how to:

Hold space for sexual energy to reemerge naturally
Relate to sexual energy with presence, not pressure
Respect individual pacing and capacity
Recognize and support shifts in energy with attunement and clarity
Sacred Touch as Healing

Touch, when offered from a grounded and loving presence, can be deeply healing. And yet, it is also where the most harm can occur when boundaries are not clear. That’s why this module focuses on non-sexual, sacred touch—touch that attunes, respects, and co-regulates.

You’ll learn:

How to use your own body as a tuned instrument
How to sense when touch is welcome—and when it is not
How to hold space for the emotional responses that may arise with touch
How to stay in your own center while being fully present with another
When done with love and patience, touch becomes a bridge. It speaks directly to the nervous system, offering safety where words cannot.

Conscious Love and Presence Without Goal

Many believe that sexuality must involve performance, climax, or intensity. But conscious loving takes another path: one of slowness, presence, and no goal.

It’s not about achieving something. It’s about meeting—moment by moment.
It’s not about orgasm. It’s about being with—what is, what moves, what softens.
It’s not about doing. It’s about feeling together.
You’ll explore:

How intimacy changes when there is no goal
How to feel and follow connection without expectation
How conscious sexual presence can bring healing to deeply held wounds
How to support clients in discovering their own yes, no, maybe—and their right to change
We also look at:

Why dissatisfaction often arises from unfulfilled, unconscious sexuality
How old ideas about sex create distortion and tension
How slowness and presence create clarity and flow
This module is not about “doing” conscious sex. It’s about learning to be with sexual energy in a way that is sensitive, awake, and real.

Integration, Certification, and Ongoing Practice

By the end of this training, all principles, tools, and practices come together. You will revisit core elements—not to finalize them, but to deepen them. Integration happens not by adding more, but by embodying what is already here.

You will prepare to:

Walk with clarity and confidence in this sensitive field
Work ethically with clients, honoring their history and pace
Recognize your own boundaries, triggers, and needs as a facilitator
Trust your felt sense as your most reliable guide
You will receive a certificate of completion recognizing your participation in the full training.

The full content of the training will always be delivered.
Yet we allow room for natural flow. The timing and emphasis of each topic may vary according to the energy of the group and the intuitive direction of the teacher. This organic approach mirrors life itself—flexible, responsive, and alive.

This training doesn’t end with a certificate. It begins with a question:
How do I now choose to live?
How do I relate to life, love, touch, and truth?

If you carry this work with sincerity, it will continue to shape you, long after the training ends.
